Hi. I really appreciate your help. The snap in retainer is 3/8" tall and 7/8" wide. Image attached. I'd love to know where I can find this stuff! The window pane is roughly 33 X 15 so I'm guessing I need about 126 inches of the spline.

Hi, Can you advise about parts? The original balance tube is 27"x5/8", the tip has no color, and there are no markings or numbers on the balance. Hello, I have attached 4 photos of a window part I need to find and replace. The part number as shown on the part is DB 102 24 HD. Thank you. Jeanne

The window that this part number belongs to will not stay up/open. Also, the window falls out of the track when being used. Any information about this part would be more then helpful.

I need an Alenco replacement balance - the balance is stamped with 2740 - the open channel width - looking at the spring - is 9/16 inch. The larger plastic end is right at 1 inch.

These are a pair of balance springs I've taken out of a tilt-out single-hung unit. These are windows in a modular home of decent quality.
