Please help me locate this part.Pat5,353,548 stamped on side.Two of the tandem housings are marked 7 and end housing is marked 8.I need the coil springs also

They look very similar in rivet pattern to the 371, but the top shoe is taller and the bottom shoe juts out below the bottom. The shoes match the 380. Hello, I am trying to find replacement springs for my single hung window. See attached for approximate dims. The metal part is 22" long. the screw-type piece that the handle attaches to does not open or close this window. I believe the metal on the end of the screw piece has partially broken off, thus the problem. The white handle attaches to this part. See 4 pics attached.
