Need a new lock and don't know how to find one

It measures 6 inches tall and 7/8 inches wide.

Hi there, Seems its time to replace the entire lock system on my old Anderson 3 pane sliding doors. Would you have these parts (pics attached) or something I can retrofit? Thank you very much. Best, Harvey

Large square is 1"H x 1"W x 2/5" H. Legs are 1 1/2"L x 1/4"W x 1/5" H. I would need four plastic parts. I was told they were manufactured by Simonton. Is this correct? Do you know where I could find replacement parts.

Hi, my window balance fell out of the bottom of my window and has come apart. Can you please help me figure out what replacement part I need. As seen in the pictures, the old balance is stamped with 2790 BSI RA 31. The metal part of the balance is 28 inches.

Good day. Your website is excellent. However, I'm not sure what size pivot bar to order. One of them is rusted out. Also I measured the width of the silver tube that holds the spiral balance and it appeared to be 5/8 wide. As you can see in the photo, the overall length of the balance is just over 2 ... (cont.)

These are for Silver Line sliding glass doors The bottom tabs measure 6 5/16" out to out and the top of the roller measures 4 9/16" out to out

I have to replace this part in 5 of my windows (both sides)and I know they are 28" but I am having a hard time figuring out the model (I don't see any number on them)could you assist me with that? I also need some take put clips that have broken.

We have 1987 Fleetwood and flange on window lock is broken off so it won't latch. Total length is 1.75 inches and width is 0.75 inches. No parts number on it but mfg. is Philips. Thanks for the help.

This house was built in 1992, I am sure these are the original windows. Every window will not stay up. I can not tell how to remove the part that slides up and down. Several have broken pieces. Can you help?

My door was no longer locking I took it apart to replace the handle but found out it's not the handle but the piece that fits in this,space that has fallen into the door it's mami 3520

Hello, I'm trying to find 7 replacement cranks for my windows. I just bought the house and it was built in 1953. The porch was enclosed after it was built. The cranks don't pull the windows shut anymore. Any idea as to what parts I need to buy? I was able to rig them to stay shut for now. Thanks s ... (cont.)

These are the actual porch windows, not just storm windows, if we take one apart and can't put it back together it would expose the porch and it's contents to the weather. Consequently we don't want to take a window apart to take photos of and measure the parts without having a selection of parts on ... (cont.)
