Hi, I would like to order 2 of th s385-22" channel balances but am unsure of the stamp option. The only marking on the existing one is "21 9 JQ Caldwell" Can you tell me which option to choose so I can order? Thank you!!

I need to replace 4 window balances, but I've found sizing them is really difficult. I believe it is 3/8 in. across, but do I measure the interior spring or the plastic covering as shown in the attached picture? Also the length is an issue. 28d is stamped, metal only is actually 29 and is the 1/2 inch. Need the whole assembly, top is made like the 19-002 (no clips protruding don't look broken). Hi, I took the sash out and the balance is 28 4 FX CMC 11. Approx SH single pane window size is 3'9" wide by 5' high. They are PGT and installed in 1982 in FL.Just want to order the correct parts. I was told after two months of getting the wrong part from American Craftsman they said that they no longer have this part. I have a single hung PGT in a 2007 home in Ft Myers, FL. At least one of the slider mechanisms is defective so the window will not stay up. I know at least the top cap is broken, so I am looking for both sliders and whatever hardware goes with it so I can install it.
