I have balances that resemble your Series 351 and 390. But the shoe on my balance is about 1-1/4" from from to back, or perhaps heel to toe. Will that make a difference? I need eight or more balances.

This goes on a Kawneer door. Please let me know if you have it.

I have a DNS Industries 13/23 outside pull. The lock has the # 018 on it. The other side of the assembly has 16 inside pull. Is it possible to get a key or a lock with a keeper? Thank you for any assistance you can provide me.

We just bought a house built in 1984. Windows say NOR-GUARD on them. Several of these are broken, so I have screw drivers propped in there to keep them from tilting open. Fortunately, we have a few of them that aren't broken so we can send you a good photo.

I am looking for a replacement pivot lock shoe as pictured. The balance is marked, "20 5 K02S CMC". And it looks identical to your S765-21. We are looking to replace many rollers that have worn down. wheel diam 1/2", roller assbly height 9/16", length of assembly just under 1 1/2". Can you supply these rollers? Is it possible to replace just the roller and not the whole assembly?
