This window has a brass strut at the base of the window that locks into the lift rotator. It is three inches long , mounted by two screws into the base of the vinyl window. I need one of these, but will buy a pair if necessary.

Markings on window : IGCC496 CBA Marvin Can the operator crank and window locks be retro-fitted with updated hardware in a white color ?

An identical, direct replacement patio door handle is needed as shown in the pictures. The door was installed in the late 1980's and there is a "W M" marking on the top of the handle. Any help would be appreciated.

I measured my original spiral balance (the tube part, not the spiraled part) and it measures 27.5 inches. Will a 27" work, or do I go bigger?

I need to replace a few sash locks. Do your 90-095 replacement locks utilize the same screw holes as the original metal locks? They appear different dimensions in your photos. Thanks

The latch of this mortise lock no longer works properly. It's from a marvin trimline patio door that I installed in 1996. Your part #82-226 looks to be an exact replacement. The faceplate is 3/4" wide and the mounting holes are 4 5/8" apart. Thanks, Peter
