Plastic piece that fits on the spiral balance for old Patriot window. Please see pictures.

Single hung GA vinyl windows. Double coil springs, pivot shoe, and coil support. Spring is 5#, 35", and is 3/8" inch wide. Other marking on spring appears to be the number 5232. Shoe is 1 1/4" wide and 9/16" thick. And a coil support.

The sliding glass door lock is labeled AW. The operator handle twisted off. The lock looks similar to those on your website and is about 4" in length. What can you provide to fix or replace the lock and handle? Please see the attached photo.

Hello, Look's like I may have the caradco brand crank. The window is from 1980. I see you have the 9 1/2" replacement version, but my arm is more like 11 1/4. Can you recommend a replacement? Thank you, Paul

I see that 40-193 resembles exactly what I am looking for does it come with all parts shown including a thumb turn lock keyed up with keys or does that need to be bought separate like the strike plate. I am assuming it comes with the handles as well as the mortise latch

I have a small window with 2 balance springs that are broken. There is a number 740 stamped on the spring. The springs are attached to the bracket with one screw. The other end rides free on the window quick tilt. There are no markings on the window for manufacture.

Hi! I need to replace this broken balance. It's from a BF Rich (now out of business) "Vintage"-series double-hung window, installed in 2000. If it's any help, the SASH size measures approx 29" wide x 17" high. There are NO discernible markings on the item to help us.

Windows are TRACO Vinyl double hung with Model TR4300 from August 1999. These hold the top of the bottom window in the track and when you pull them inward, you tilt the window out toward the inside of the house.
