This is a Pella rolling type screen. Architectural series. The latch will not hook as the tiny piece is missing on one. I'm showing a different one also where the plastic piece is in tact. Help!

I have a casement window (hinges on right), crank in the middle at window's bottom. The assembly's "elbow" protrudes to the right and is screwed into the far right bottom of the window. On the screen top as shown in the picture, there is a clip that cling to the edge to hold the screen which is currently broken. Is that replaceable? If it is, can you help me to identify the part name and number? Thanks, Amy

I am looking for a replacement tilt latch. Left and right. Slot dimensions cut in window are .560" wide X 2.570" length. Slot depth is .410" Slot has full radius cut in end. What would be the part that would fit these dimensions? Thank You, Scott J.

These are for an Anderson window, they look the same. Is there supposed to be a right & left? They both look the same. What is your part # & price each? I think I will need 3 sets so far. Thank you Dave

Need to replace latch on my Milgard Screen door

My windows are at least 14 years old and I do not see any manufacturer brand on them. Some of them became very difficult to lower. When I used more force, a plastic part broke and the spring loaded unit in the frame came loose as shown in Window1.jpg. The part appears to have been held in place by a ... (cont.)

Hi in trying to open this older window, it sounded like part of the lock sheared off. It looks like there are 2-3 screws to remove on metal case of lock mechanism to get inside. Please let me know if you need more photos!

This is on a customer sliding storm door we took off the inside handle in order to stain the door the customer cannot find the handle nor the two screws the pictures I took show you the outline of where the part fitted can you help thanks Bobby

I've attached images of the existing balance. The balance measures 33" x 1/2". Sash is about 30 lbs. Could you please advise if you carry something that could place this balance. Thanks in advance.
