No numbers or letters on the mechanism. The door handle has a number,2265 if that helps. If you need more photos to help, I can do that .

Hello, I am looking for a replacement pivot bar for a window that has no markings whatsoever as to who the maker is. It measures 1 1/4" long on the side that screws to the window by 1" long on the side that has the pin on it. It is 5/8" wide. The part of the L that has the pin on it is 5/16" thick ... (cont.)

The track is 60" long and ~3" wide. it has three holes to be attached to the floor with ~3" screws. The question is where can I get a replacement for it; because as you see in the image it is very much deformed. > Thanks Ramin

I measured my parts and the shoe has the same dimensions as your 15-219. The top of the shoe looks like it has 2 locations for the "T-nose" of the spring ... but they look like they are not centered on the shoe. Is that ok? The spring I have has a single "t-nose". the lower window pane which slides up and down weighs 21.8 lbs I guess the correct sash weight range would be 2740. is this correct??

the stamp on the current balance shows 27-2, should I select the weight range 2720??

One photo shows the window from the outside, One photo shows the crank mechanism. It appears that the inside shaft of the crank is stripped and maybe even split into two pieces. Dear SWISCO, I have 2 double hung windows in the kitchen area. They will not stay up and it is very heavy and difficult to lift them up to lock into the place. One of my windows is missing the "keeper" I think it is what it is called. From dead center to dead center of the screws is 1 inch.

Good afternoon, The corners in the pic have chips broken off of most of them, also they are left/right and top/bottom specific. The tops have to have the retainer tab but the bottoms do not have to have the pull tabs. Thank you, Rob
