I have a non tilt window with a Spiral Balance. It is 5/8" dia with a white tip. Length of tube is 24". At the end, where the spiral shaft comes out I have a round hole at the very end with a small rectangle slot beside it. Is this your 500 series? Hello, I am having some issues with the windows in a new apartment building I have. I would like to test out replacing the balances on one window and if all goes well, purchase new ones for all windows. I have attached all the pictures your site allows. 2 - New Spiral Balances 31" Tube ... (cont.)

Windows with no markings on metal under glass. Marking on one part of bottom sash's spring mechanism read "24B BS1". Marking on a sticker on the side of the sash read "14355 B08 DH72 GLASS #1: SSCLIG14 28 1/8 x 25 15/16".

I needs at least a dozen of these parts. My windows are Phillips Vertical sliding insulated windows. The part keeps the window tight within the frame and keeps it for moving side to side. Hello! I believe item 15-179 (Pivot Lock Shoe, 9/16") would work for the attached picture. The measurements seems correct but I'm a little nervous - this is my first time ordering these parts. Any advise would be welcome! Many thanks!

During a break in of a home, the night locks were engaged, but they lifted the bottom sash very hard and broke both night locks. Can these be replaced or must I replace the entire sash?

The metal strip is about 27 inches. When I removed the metal strip/bar, there was a thread inside. The condo was built in 2007 to give you an idea of the age of the window

These is the length is pictured. The width is between 3/8 and 5/8 but 5/8 should fit just fine. Also need brackets for bottom of window as well as adjustment tool. Please advise what length as I should get here as its between 26 and 27"?
