Hello. I have 5 windows I am needed to replace the channel balance. model are silverline series 2100 code s-019-2 rating H-R35 mst-3850 single hung the channel I took out are 27" long. I am in sure what model to order as I do not know the weight. Any suggestions? thank you, sean

I'm looking to replace the entire balance, pivot bars and pivot shoes on two windows in my home. The window jamb does not have cut outs to easily remove the pivot shoes but I'm concerned the vinyl/plastic components to the jamb will snap if I attempt to use the jamb spreaders. Hi Can you guys help me? Windows are 10 year old Crestline. On my bigger windows the springs come apart. It appears the plastic clip is breaking off from spring end. Thanks George

Aluminum tab that sticks out of the window to allow it to hook into and lock/unlock the slider.

I was able to take the shoe (with the coil) out of a working window.

Not sure how old doors are, Maybe 25 yrs old , the switch that You flip up down to lock and unlock is broken .

My part pictured is from a door of unknown brand. Says Production Enterprises on it. I think it's your #81-004, seems to match the measurements.

On the balancer itself I see B.S.I 29300 or 2930 n Can't really sell what the last letter/number is. This has fell out of my window and I need to replace it so my windows open and close properly. Thank you, Christopher

I fount this channel top balance 19-005 very close to the one I need to replace. As you can see the pics. it has two steps on the upper side no one like the 19-005. Please advise, if I get the 19-005 will work fine? Thanks

I submitted a return for window glides. They were not exactly right. Could I exchange for the correct ones please. Of course I will pay the difference. Enclosed are pictures of the ones I need to replace. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!! Patricia

no markings found on this hardware,i do have installation instruction for this lock indicating the lock could be #2300 or #2320 mortise lock . not sure which one it is . any help would be greatly appreciated

how do we establish the coil balance lb rating

I have Weatherweld window ROS K 003, the pivot shoes are broke. It looks like this is the replacement but I wanted to know if you knew for sure.
