Found this item in the picture that appears to be a broken pivot bar. Window obviously does not slide up and down and remain intact. I do not know the window manufacturer of this vinyl double hung window. It looks a lot like a 26-030, but the part in the frame

I need two truth tie bar guides 45129, the truth bracket arm is 31402. The dimensions of the tie bar guides are 2 1/4 inches long by 1 inch wide. The pictures should show that to you. Do you have any of these or something close to retrofit? Thanks Eric

I'm having a hard time matching this balance. The metal bar looks to be 25 3/4 inches (metal length only) 1/2inch wide. The only numbers on the balance are 25 4 it's from a Milgard window.

i purchased a A177 latch & pull 3" hole spacing and the pins were too large...do you have a similar product with thinner pins

I have a lot of these pivot shoes broken in a house we just purchased. I can't figure out which catalog number is best. Blue cam if that helps

The photos do not indicate the overall dimensions very well. As best I can tell the shoes are 2 inches high by 3/8 inch thick by 1 inch wide. It was hard to really accurately measure the width. Good morning, I am in Wisconsin visiting from out of state and my mother-in-law has a broken handle to her slider. It has DNS Industries on the inside of the locking device and I think it is 6-3/8ths. With the door handle missing the frame has a gap in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. ... (cont.)
