Hi I tried to submit this online but it sent an error back. I have a channel balance I need to replace. It's 22 inches with 1/2 inch wide channel. It has a stamp 2130 B81 VP.

If it heps, I believe the windows were manufactured by Caradco.

My current lock is from 'The Atrium Lock'- which is 28 years old. It broke. Need a replacement to match the exact holes on the door. Picture with parts with a scale in it should help with the size of the lock. Please let me know if you can help

Hi, I need to replace the operators (I think that's the right name) in several of my casement windows. The center threaded bolt doesn't seem to engage the gears when you turn the crank. The window screens have two of these clips on one end. The other end has two tension clips. Looking for the clips in the picture.

Help me find two balances to replace my old ones. My old balances are 26" long and marked with 26 4 GR Caldwell. See included photos.

It looks like either 26-030 or 26-352 but it's not exactly either one. Can you tell me which one I should order. Thanks Bruce

Hi, looking for info and part to replace a latch lock. The handle to open is fine,but when I lifted the latch to unlock window,the latch came right out of the part. It has the number 1074 on it. It's assists with the windows up and down motion.

Hello, I am trying to identify which of your part numbers I should order to replace the window channel balance in the attached photos. They are 35" long and have 3440 stamped on them. Please let me know if more photos or details are needed. Thank you, Kevin

Hi Swisco, Could I get your help identifying the correct balancer and spacer for this window, here are the details? Wood window 28" high overall Weight is 12 lbs Slot for balancer is 11/16" Plastic spacer is 9/16" and 2 1/4" long Let me know your thoughts, I appreciate the help.

my window crank handles (2) don't work. where can I get two more that will fit? or is the receiving part stripped? thank you.

We need the hinge pin for the door it is a one piece pin that takes in the entire hinge length of door
