I'm trying to get channel balancers for my windows that are without after purchasing home. The 4 windows are as follows; approx. 5lb Sash length - 20 inch on 2, and 21 inch on the other 2 I've attached a picture of balancer 2210A that works with the 21" sash, but don't see that model on ... I need to replace Window Sash Balances for 16 windows. Size and weight of windows: 1 is 48" high X 36" wide / Each window (top & bottom panes) weigh 45 pounds. others are 36" X 36" / others are 48" X 34"and weigh less than 45 pounds. Pictures attached. I need the replacement part for the crank shaft. I assume I have to replace the entire unit, so here are some pictures to help identify. I need it in oil rubbed bronze.

Hello, I have a few of these latches that are broken and will need replacement. Please see attached photo and help advise. The material is of cheap plastic. For the replacement, I would like for this latches to be metal if possible. Thanks, Vinny

I'm looking for coil balances for vinyl windows. I've got a bunch of broken ones. The markings on the photo say: CMC 278 35" 7# Also, it looks like there are 2 per window side (i.e. 4 total per window), and it appears 1 would go each of these 2 parts: 15-087 15-086 Finally, no cutouts ... (cont.)

We purchased 15-195B as it seemed like correct part but hopefully by pics sent you can see the problem. although it appears to be a plain balance where the shoe attaches is v shaped inward. The shoe has too much materiel in it and no groove for the pivot to slide down. Should I try to modify the new ... (cont.)

I purchased 39-414 vent operator for your bay window. My window is very heavy and the original operator was more substantial. This operator has stripped within a year. The original lasted 30 years. Is there a more heavy duty version I can purchase.

Locking bar that the door latches to on the jam. Security clips indicated by 2 holes on the door that secure the stationary door to the jam.

I'm pretty confident what I need to order - 17", blue tip for a tilt sash. The question really is why the existing spiral balance rods are broken and what these new ones will fix. Hello, Attached are photos. 1 is of my broken casement window lock and the other is of a complete working example. The balancers are 27" long (not including the plastic ends). They are from a Milgard window and are stamped 26-5 AA CMC 7 Thanks.
