Need a replacement for both left and right but the numbers on the unit don't match anything listed on your site.

I have broken mounting brackets on my older Merrilat Kitchen cabinets. They are mounted to the cabinet with rear pegs. The only I.D. numbers I could find were on the drawer itself... UNIGRASS6600. What would work in this case?
