The door is a Kolbe & Kolbe Garden-Aire Patio Door, S6D, puchased in about 1995. I just bought your Mortise Lock, 4-5/8", Product Code: 82-226, because it looked like it might fit, but it doesn't. The broken lock is a little larger, and has the locking mechanism inset.

These small plastic clips/guides are on the both sides of window which we can slide up

I am repairing this wood window and need to install a new operator on the window in the pictures. The current operator track is 16-1/8" do you think your 39-520 with the 39-020 operator will work? Would love to have new hinges also.

Have a house built in 1997 with Alenco aluminum double hung windows. Trying to locate a parts list or detail of these windows so I can order sill gasket material. There are no numbers or marking on these latches. I have to replace almost all of them, roughly 16- 17 windows. I can't identify them. Please help. Thank you

We ordered 15 of the 26-351 white but it doesn't work. Both the side screw and the top screw are located in a different spot, obviously we didn't measure right or something so I have enclosed photos.
