Hello, These vinyl windows were installed in 1993. The levers that lock the casements windows are all broken. Can you direct me to what part it might be?

Hi I just moved into this house so I have no idea how old these windows are. None of the locks are any good. They are all broken and don't stay up. One of the cranks is worn and doesn't open, just closes. Do you have either of these?

Hello, my back sliding door had a very loose locking lever that would usually drop to the unlocked position by itself and leave my sliding door unlocked. I took it apart and low-and-behold one of the fork pieces from the locking lever was broken off (pictured). Do you have this replacement part, or ... (cont.)

How do measure the latch and pull to come up with the 3 9/16" size of your 83-0002 product? I don't know what brand my hardware is, but it looks like your 83-0002, but the measurement for the length on mine is 4 1/4". and 3 1/4" on center, at the drilled holes. Any suggestions for me? I need 3 keepers and one lock/keeper set. These are for PlyGem Mira Premium windows. (Photo is only the lock, which fits into a recessed cut out on the meeting rail of the lower Sash).

This grid clip shows the outside dimension, width, of the clip. It is critical that I know the inside dimension of the clip that holds the grid. Will you please inform me of the grid stile width that this clip will hold.

Hi, My tilt window felled down accidentally while I was cleaning it (with tilt position). One end was out of the channel balance (S795-27B) and the T-lock was broken into pieces, while another end was twisted.
