I need special 5/8" diameter spiral balances. I believe they were red. From what I understand this is insufficient for a 50lb window. The scale I used could be off a pound or two, I would err up a little. The windows are 48" X 48" aluminium. Most if not all have broken balances. The tube lenght ... (cont.)

The pella latch in the attached photo is not operating properly. It appears to be part # 84-225 from you in champagne color. Is that correct? Bill

Using the jamb spreaders on vynle jambs, would you recommend warming the jamb up first with a heat gun because the windows are pretty old and some of the Windows parts have become brittle from the sun and age..

My window balance say 27 4 BSI 08 what sash rate do I need?

Very large aluminum AMACOR (Frost-Chek) windows in need of rebuilding. Very hard to open and close (very tight and heavy). Looking to replace security device on Alliance. Also need to replace the part that the lower half of the window fits into that allows you to keep the open window in a locked position.

I am looking for replacement casement locks for vinyl windows. They were manufactured by Daily Mfg in the Willow Grove area. The center screws are 2 1/2", white. Looks like the #38-036 should work. Can you confirm that? Thanks!
