I need 2 of the attached ribbed balances with the blue shoe. Please note, the length of the channel is actually 38-1/4" even though the stamp says 36TGB (not 37" as would be expected) Channel is right about 9/16" wide and and 5/8" deep. The sash is approx 40 lbs.

Please help me to identify the parts needed. Non-tilt window Window Weight: 30lb. Channel width: 1/2 inches Is 385 the right part? Thanks.

I have to replace several screens that have the Andersen 70-191 latch. Do you know what series windows these are. Screen size should be something close to 26 1/2 X 53. Thank you Joe

Hello, I need a new channel balance for my non tilt window. It measure 21 inches long and is 1/2 inch wide. It is a Milgard window. I want to make sure I buy the correct one. Thanks! The channel balance has 2040 and what looks like an upside down T on stamped on it.

The inside corner edge (a small piece of plastic)of the window that fits into the pivot lock shoe has broken. how do I replace that little piece of plastic that fits in the lock shoe? Can it be replaced? Who services fiberluxs product in Granger Indiana?

I Just bought a house and have a vinly window that isn't sitting properly. Upon further inspection, I realized that one of the metal clips that should be on both sides of the lower portion of my window was missing. Please let me know if you carry this part. Thanks!

I have an older patio door handle system. From your site I believe it is the 82-226 set as it has the longer mortise screw dimension. I have a broken inner plate and missing turn handle. the inner plate is separate from the inner handle. My set looks a lot like the picture on your site with the wo ... (cont.)

I had an IWC patio door installed several years ago but the part the lock latches onto was not installed so I can't lock the door. The lock is ok, I need the part that the lock latches onto, I believe it is the strikeplate. Could you identify the correct part for me?
