Hello. I have enclosed a picture of the split arm crank I need to replace. It looks like it matches the dimensions of the 39-318 Split-Arm Crank Operator. Is there anyway I can confirm this before placing an order? Thanks, Joe

I don't know the brand of the channels but the numbers are 2830 8s TR the windows keep coming of the chanel, I believe the plastic ends are worn. Can you please point me to the right ones.

I have a 1996 Dutch manufactured home with Carefree windows. Single hung with the lower tilt in sash. The right side metal "tab" is broken so the sash can not engage in the balancer shoe. We have Viking Aluminum single hung windows. I can't figure out how to mount the sash back in to the window. I have a glass sliding door on the back of my house and handle broke. I don't know the manufacture and there is no markings on the door anywhere that I can find to know the model or serial number. I'm looking for a replacement, and I can adjust the holes if necessary.

Hello. I need to find three (3) replacement handles to match as closely as possible with the originals. The original handles are model 1060-1943 with a dark brown color (See photo). Note: I do not need the locking mechanism, only the handles (in case they are sold separately).
