Current Riverdale double hung Vinyl window balances are breaking. Consist of spring, string and unique shoe. Looking to replace entire mechanism. Channel width 1 and 9/16, inside 1 and 1/4 depth 5/8". Windows 28 and 20 inch double hung. I would like to replace hardware in 12 windows. ... (cont.)

Hi, As I was opening my window, the clips that allow the sash to rest on the balance springs broke and the balance springs shot upwards in the channel. Hi, was hoping to get some assistance with replacing my current spiral balances on a few of the non tilt aluminium windows at our house. The length of the tube portion is 25" and the diameter of the spiral balance tube appears closer to 1/2". The top portion of the spiral color is red. In additio ... (cont.)

Hi I purchased a Patio Door Keeper, 1/2" Wide from Swisco a while back. (89-007) When I installed it, the lock on the door got stuck on the keeper. I could not move the lock to open the door. I had to unscrew the handle set to open the door. Does this mean I should also replace the sliding door hand ... (cont.)

I was told this certainteed door was discontinued. I am trying to get the locking mechanism on the right panel door to function and have a warped gear. I use the same corner pivot 95-182. Can someone tell me what the piece on the side of the window between the pivot on top and the locking latch on the bottom is called?
