Here are the pics we talked about on Norco windows 28HDB. Please advise on sash balancers.

The numbers on the existing balances are 11600-3 and 11600-17 can this be crossed to new numbers? After looking at them closer The one marked 11600-17 Also has F6 or FG 9#27 10 Then one marked 11600-3 Has C13 6#23 E81

I'm hoping that you can tell me which one of your Anderson operators handles mechanisms work. On the longer of two arms it has the number 59 stamped on it if that's any help.

Have 20 year old single hung windows. One window is hard to open and close with a broken part under the coil covers on one side. Want to get all new parts for that one side but not sure what part numbers are. hope the attach pictures will help.

I have a full view thermal pain storm door. the glass is interchanged with the screen. There are levers that are turned 90 degrees to lock in the insert. I can not find them. The door was purchased from Grossmans in the 70s or 80s. John

The cranking mechanism on one of our Anderson casement windows has been stripped and the housing cracked. What do we to do to fix this? It is in a bank of 9 windows that are al least 20 years old

I have nothing to identify the door. It's anodizing 40+ years old .

Hello, so I have a Caldwell 32 4 LN channel balance with a 33" length and sash weight of 28lbs. In measuring the Channel top and shoe, the dimensions seem matched with the S380-33 (although the shoe measurement is slightly larger than 1" but definitely not 1 3/32" to move to a S385-33).
