It will crank out but will not crank back in

It's a double hung window and it won't stay up unless we prop it open with a stick. There is no marking or numbers on the existing hardware.

Window won't stay open. The turquoise plastic holders for tension springs cracked and broke off. Need to replace the plastic holders. Can you help find the parts? Thanks Bill

The little clasps are broken so that our window can not stay in our screen door with out falling out.

Need crank to open window or will replace entire hardware if necessary window is 46x38 tall. The opening mechanism does work. The handle is metal and has a set screw. The hardware inside the window is 6 inches long. Thanks

hi i need a crank for 1994 pozzi window says 30744 on the arm as i stand on inside looking at window, crank is on the right side hung casement. does this help

It's from a keller window it measures 1 3/4in long width is 5/8 in and thickness is 3/8in has one screw hole the top plate measures 7/8 x 5/8 in

I need replacement parts for my window sash.The channel its self is 35 inches long and the stamp reads 34 3 HP Caldwell.

A screw was lost for a folding door track. The round head of the flat head screw is 1.5 cm in diameter, the blunt ended shaft is 1.3 cm, and the shaft is .5 cm in diameter with metal screw threads. Do you have anything that would fit?

The 27" Series 380 channel balance appears to be our match. Unsure which stamp option to choose, and not able to weigh the window easily. The only visible print on the old balance is: 36 4 KR Caldwell. Can you offer any help? Thank you, Todd

This is a LoE, single hung, insulated, dual pane, vinyl window. We do not know the manufacturer. Window does not go up or stay up. Window is 69 inches long, 34 1/2 inches wide. We are unable to latch our patio screen door because if broken latch.

Can't find any identifying marks on the window frame or screen. I'm thinking your part number 95-205 might work.

Trying to figure out whether this website has white foldable replacement handle, cover and lock for the Caradco handle and lock with the following numbers. I don't know if these numbers mean anything or not but they are imprinted on the parts. I've attached photos of the brown handle, cover and loc ... (cont.)

I ordered the crank handle 39-114L to go with an angle drive that we bought a few weeks ago from Swisco. But the crank handle has no set screw, so I have no idea how it is supposed to stay on? This is for a skylight in the ceiling, so it falls off w/out a screw. Thanks.
