Hi Swisco, Here are photos of what I am looking to replace/repair. Product 39-194 is close; all measurements correspond EXCEPT for the 3/8" hole (mine is 3/16). And as I mentioned- when all folded in, on mine the arms fill the casing. Thanks for your help!

Gentlemen,can you help me find a replacement crank for a awning window (I have been told) to me it looks like a oversize jealousy window. Inclosed are pictures ,it is a right hand looking from inside.

Please see the attached photos. The first one is the groove that fits into the window channel. It appears to be 1/4" like product 55-006 The second photo though is not quite 1/2" like the 55-006. It could be 7/16" or 15/32"

Looks like the casement operator is fine, but the handle or crank itself needs to be replaced. Measurements are as follows: - the metal piece sticking up and out is 3/4 inches long - the crank itself is approx 4 inches long Does that help? -- Matthew
