I am looking for a sliding window wheel replacement part. It is similar to product 87-058. I am attaching photos for clarification. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated.

I would like to replace balances on my 1984 custom double hung aluminum windows. The only number on the outside of this balance is 25C BSI. Help, I can not identify the sliding door and need a replacement lock. Can you assist me on type and cost of replacement Schlage lock? I have attached photos of the hardware and lock. Can you help me identify it?

How is this installed? My doorway does not have a guide on the top, but it does have the grooved guides on the bottom, so how would I install this in order to add a screen door? Are there marks where I would drill holes to attach it to the top of the doorway? Thanks!

The window cranks open and close but will not close completely. Like it's off center or the crank does not crank enough to close the window. I'm thinking i need to replace the operator. We have a sliding glass door on our modular that won't lock any longer. It's a Deluxe Ray Dor made in Wichita, KS by James Ray Inc. The lock no longer works and we probably need an entire new handle plus lock set.
