Hi, the operator on my window looks like it matches the 39-099, however the item is now out of stock is there any substitute for that?

I have Alenco single hung vinyl windows with pivot bars that are extremely similar to your part #26-089. U channel dimensions are similar in that mine measure 0.312" wide, 0.181" tall, 0.058" thick material. Mine are only 2.72" long with the screw hole at 1.385 from the end. Do you have anything tha ... I measured my existing snap-in and ordered the right size. Hooray...95% of the battle. My large window is a series of smaller,individual panes that are 11.5" width by 13.5" H. Each pane will need to have a Snap-In cut to accommodate 11.5" window width in order to install it. Can you g ... (cont.)

I too have a Storm King 105. I have looked at the recommended pneumatic closer #40-079. I have measured the old one, still installed on the door, and it measures 18" from door jamb to end of three sided fastener. Will the new model extend to 18"? Hi. This one is a touch over 1/2" thick,just under 2" tall and just over 1" wide. The 1st pic shows one in the frame. The 2nd pic shows the one that's missing the metal claw part. Can you help.

Hello, I can't tell which sash guide I should get. From the top looking down on the guide, it is about 7/8" by 7/8" inch Also, this is a Nuprime window. Please advise.

We have Anderson Patio Glass sliding door installed in 1986. Recently. it does not slide smoothly. We probably need to change the rollers. We think there are two rollers (2 wheels each). Please help me to identify the part so I can order two of them. Thanks, Robin

No numbers or markings on balancers. The windows are made by Kinro. Most of the windows in the home are 45W x 59H, 2 are 29W X 59H and one is 29W X 35H.The balancer in the picture came out of the 45 X 59 window but the 29 X 45 window had the same thing in it. Need a replacement for a screen door roller tension roller

I have had a couple of these sheer off, so the windows are no longer connected to the counterweights. There is nothing on the windows themselves that indicate the manufacturer. I am looking for replacement pieces ore something close to use in their place

I've looked for this part for some time. The part is really old and brittle. I have included a photo and drawing.
