Can you order just the plastic latch instead of the whole casing? The latch hook snapped, that is all I need. Thanks in advance.

The slide is 23 inches long and the cord appears to be broken. Where can I get a replacement part?

My 3 panel sliding glass door is a PPG Herculite K. Part No. 16CFR1201 C11. The latching system is broken. Further, while removing it a second time to take it to Home Depot for part ID, the system dropped down inside the door so I can not access it at all. (ok with me). I need a new one, please. ... The wheels seem to be old and worn, would like to find a replacement for this and the ones I've seen are cheap and crappy.

One picture is of the left side of the window the other is on the right. They appear to be the same unit but some different markings. Is 1031 the model number?

I believe I have an MW window and my cover around my hand crank has cracked. I have taped it in the picture. I would like to find out what part I need to replace this cracked cover. The tile people removed the bottom bracket where two sets of bifold closet doors stand side by side. They threw it away. The top bracket is in place. I cannot put the doors back without a bracket that will accept the bottom pins of the two sets of doors.

Hello, this 20 year old patio slider lock mechanism is inoperative. When you move the lock lever up or down, the lock arm used to travel up and out of the door, or down and recess into the door. I need to replace an old Papaiz 322. Would your 40-183 model work? I checked the measures on your outside handle view photo and the measures (6 15/16 and 7 11/16) match the Papaiz 322. Do you need any other measure to verify that can be replaced? Thank you Miguel
