window doesn't not open unless I push them turn. Feels like the whole mechanism is stripped not the actual arm. When the window is pushed out a few inches it goes in and out with no problem just when it gets close to closing is when I need to manually do it with my hand

Trying to find new rollers. I think it is a Premiere Sun Room, a tag on the door has AAMA SGD-R20-143x81 on it. The only markings on the rollers is P F Del Mar, it has a 1 1/4 metal roller. These are double arm operators. The numbers on the arms are 31538A and 20810. On the base, the number is 45273, and there is also a number 12. The cover is rectangle, 5" and the handle is 4". Hello looking for the part that has the two screws in it. With the little catch that locks the window to the crank out.

I would like to replace the channel balances on 5 identical windows. The identifier on the part says "21 4 FN Caldwell" and the length of the metal portion is 21 15/16". Any help identifying and purchasing these would be appreciated.

No numbers or identifying markers at all

I have a Hurd Casement window with a Truth 14D102 window crank that does not work. The short are is 4 3/8" long from center of pin to center of pin. The long arm is about 7 1/2" long. It should be white but I would use any color. I have one left hand and one right hand.
