I have a customer installed awning windows for and the hall is to narrow for the pole to be able get enough of an angle to crank it open. Looking for a spline with a double u-joint possibly. Attaching drawing of the spindle and the thought of the double u-joint.

How does the pop rivet attach this clip? Does it go all the way through the aluminum frame or just through on side into the hollow space? What diameter and length rivet do I need? Thank you

Hello I've used your service many times. I need a truth operator similar to 39-171. The arm part that attaches to the sash is 3 1/2 inches on center. Tip to tip is approx 4 inches or 3 15/16. Need your help to identify vinyl door sweep which fits in metal drip edge on Centec Pivot CH 1631 Century Bathworks door. Measures 36" long and 1 7/8 high. I did a little drawing to show you the profile too.

Photo of window shows glazing beads originally installed. There are 2 different types of glazing beads. The 1st one is 7/8" across and flat. I Need 3 pieces, 3 feet long of this one. I have a tilt vinyl window that has both curved pivot bars that need replaced. I looked at the pivot bars on this site and did not see one like the pivot bars on my windows - I have attached a photo of the pivot bar from another window. Any assistance is appreciated.

I submitted the original drawing from our ( MILGARD WINDOWS ) parts catalog. I need 10 LH and 10 RH. These parts are for our warranty replacement and customer is hot. There were manufactured for us until around 2006 when model was discontinued. Thank you for your help. Todd

I am trying to replace the balance on a Simonton single hung window. Both of the balances need replaced. The entire balance needs replaced but the sliders appear to be fine.
