I have a Andersen High Efficiency Perna Shield window 2862 Double pane installed in June 2004 need the part number and price for right-hand balancer (as seen looking out the window) markings on the balancer are: 11600A-3 and 11600-17 visible glass size per sash is 28 1/2 x

Are these flat enough for the phantom screen doors that slide into a pocket?? Or would you have to remove to open and close door??

The dimensions of your item # 55-029 snap in glazing vinyl white almost match mine. Do have anything that is 5/8' x 5/8" ?

I cannot find a manufacturer name for this window and it allows you to lock the window and Snap it in and out

Hi the lock pictured is broken, it caves into the inside of the door when closing and the latch can't reach past the catch on the frame. I'm not sure if I can replace just the lock or if the entire assembly needs to be replaced.

Unfortunately I can not find any markings of any nature on my vinyl double hung windows. The balance is a spiral type, and what I call the 'foot' on the bottom of the sash that inserts into the balance 'port' is broken. I have several that are broken and I can not find replacements. Hi, the window is an Alside tilt window, where the bottom only tilts out. THe part doesn't have any numbers or anything on it. The only part that is broken is the pivot shoe. I think that what is called...the little cam thing the window slides into. The window is 23 1/2 x 59 1/2. ... (cont.)
