I have a 10' sliding door and is heavy. I have had milgard come out and replace both tandem rollers, however, it did not help much. They said they don't use steel rollers. Can you identify the pivot shoe I need? Used with 3/8" spiral channel balance. The closest I see is 15-046 but the height is 2" where mine is 1 5/8" to the tip. I am guessing the 2" one will work, but need advise. Thanks.

this is a threshold on a set of double doors out to a patio in a 1975 condo. I cant tell if there is supposed to be an insert for this threshold. Sirs: 2 questions: My broken lock measures 2.5 in. between screw holes. Will 38-036 serve as a replacement? I need a handle that will fold out of the way of my shade. Will the 39-205 fit on the operator in the picture? Would the 39-107FK be a better choice? Thank you. PF

The spring balance is about 1 1/4 inches wide by 2 1/2 long and 1/2 wide. The metal piece that pivots breaks over time with use. If that part could be purchased the spring balance would be fine. there are 2 or 3 coils each side 2 screws 1 plastic cover/coil holder 1 pivot shoe shoe are rusted and i tried to put coils back into position and they would drop below the coil holder cover when trying the window as seen in the photo
