I am in need of some assistance. i need to find a replacement handle set for my patio door. i've purchased a few sets and they don't match. this handle is about 30 years old. Do you have anything that is compatible? thanks jennifer

Our house was built in 1956 with Anderson casement windows. Now a number of the window operators no longer operate. The number etched into one of the operators is 2420. I'm replacing the spiral tilt window balances (S600-16). Do I just install them, or is there another step? The description says "ready to be charged." What does that mean? The window balance channel is 33" long, 9/16" wide, and has a 32c stamped on it.

is there a conversion number and unit that matches our andersen window cranks? we need 2 R's and 2 L's. Thank you. Peter

The previous information about the channel balances was great. Thank you. I've run into a problem in that with some of my windows, the piece that attaches to the side of the window and works with the channel balance are broken. I need channel balances for Viking Window. Metal channel is 23 inches long. 0.5 inches wide and 0.5 inches deep. Number stamped on channel is 2204E. Plastic Ends look like Swisco Part # S395.
