Hello I attached a picture of a left casement operator that needs to be replaced. It is on a Weathershield contempra window dated 2003. To me looks like your 39-315 operator. Can you verify this? Thanks, John

My channel balance broke and I found all the info on your web site except for the number stamped on the side. It is a 23" series 350 channel balance with a 2290 bsi tg 24 stamped on the side so I do not know wich spring tension to order. Thanks for your assistance Bill

My balance system broke on both sides of the window. I need to replace both Left and Right but do not know what to order.I also need the metal piece that connects the window to the balance.

The closest thing I can find to this so far is cb9098 fiberlux sash cam. But it is the wrong dimensions. Any help finding one with the right dimensions would be appreciated.

I am looking for screws to fit the metal 5/16 offset clip (product code 70-034). Would product code 70-112 screws fit these clips? Thanks
