I ordered and received a replacement latch 90-252. I unscrewed the old latch and went to install the new, only to discover that the screw holes had disappeared... It is unclear whether something inside the window has fallen down or changed alignment, but there is now metal blocking just inside the ... (cont.)

Screen corner insert broke and looking for replacement.

These are for a double hung tilt sash, the upper shoes broke and need to be replaced. Photos are of the lower window shoes. One of them is already starting to crack, so I'll be replacing all four on this window, two more are busted on another window. The sash rods also appeared bent, worth replacing ... (cont.)

Kind of a funny setup with an 8 inch mortise for the lock mechanism it a groove up the whole door length to house the multipoint locking bar. Any ideas if you have a replacement for this?

Would you have a folding handle 7 cover to fit the above operators? If not can you direct me to another source?

I have three Anderson narrow line windows need new sash balances 6 in total. Visible glass size is width 28.5 h is 21 3/4" both top and bottom. Please let me know part number and cost. Thank you very much. Dave

It's an old storm door, small square hole

The center screw cranks out and uncrews which leads me to believe is is bronken off from the end of the secrew. It opens fine since the screw cranks inword but closing the window the screw/crank screws out of the assembly.

I have three Pella casement operators that still "operate", I.e. smoothly move the window, but no longer move the window into the final closed and "weather sealed" position.

I need to replace two of these springs fro the window. I only can see a 244 engraving on this one. I have replaced multiple other ones. Can you please help me figure out which 2 to order. I need an easy tension to open
