This is a metal enclosed spring and string that creates tension and holes window up

The only markings I could see are a "CU" followed by a sort of arrow symbol. There is an "A" and "B" on the left and right (respectively) base or mounting plates. The linkage seems to be fine, but both of the crank housings are cracked so the gears are no longer connecting.

Do you have this part and how long would it take to get it

Hello- I am repairing screens and the corners are in bad shape. Can you help me identify which parts for these two screen corners? Pic 9890 has an extension on the end to keep the screen in the grove at the bottom of the screen. Pics 9889 and 9887 are for a different screen. This one seems to have ... (cont.)

Many years ago (30 years or so, because they were installed prior to our ownership) the double sash windows were retrofitted. The sash ropes were removed and a plastic channel was installed in the window frame. The metal pivot pins are "hammered" into the sides of the sash and travel in the channel. ... (cont.)

Heavy 4 foot wide sliding glass patio door, need new rollers and the weather stripping that fits into channel. Existing rollers are nylon wheels 1 1/4" diameter, width of housing 9/16", height of housing 1 1/8", installation holes 5 3/4". Thanks!

Hi, I can not see anywhere on window who the manufacturer is but see u sell this type of mechanism so wondering if your window. Hello, I wonder if you can help. I have a number of wood double hung windows from about 10 - 15 years ago. A sash lock has broken, upper sash will not stay properly closed.i have looked at hundreds of sash locks online .... none of them this one! It is heavily recessed into the wood of the sash, so ... This look like a variant of 84-223 or 83-034, but it's hard to tell if either would work (other than the screws are 3.5" apart, which matches). It doesn't look like it is intended to be replaceable, but if I drill out the rivet I'm sure I could get something to work. Maybe one of the above two could ... (cont.)

I'm not really sure which balancer I need I was hoping your could help me with that this is the only part on the sash

Hi: I need to cahnge the awning system of a window in my work. I wiil send you pictures of it. I think is a 11" arms. The hole of the base are exactly the 7" and 6 1/8" inches.Gracias

The window is about 35 years old and the crank is stripped. There is an E on the arm.

I need to know what window pivot lock show to order to replace the broken one.

attached is a pic of the plastic piece that connects to the spiral spring for the bottom sash. I need the plastic piece for the top sash. I am assumng it is the same. The windows were manufactured about 2003-04. The length of the metal channel is 27". The weight of the window sash is 19 lbs.
