Not sure what brand window is. Under mechanism says made in USA, patent number 4505601?

My balancer has a flexible coiled outer tube enclosed in plastic sheath. Wondering if solid outer tibe will work in my window? Is so could you give me replacement part#

Looking for pivot shoe for window. Ordered 15-192 wich is close but barrel is wrong. Pivot bar does not fit in it.

Several window shoes upper and lower have broken on our double hung, tilt window. We want to be sure which parts to order. I have a Pella sliding glass door and screen. I want to replace the handle on the sliding screen door. When the install was done they never put the L-shaped keeper on the door so we've never been able to latch the screen door. I'd like to replace the handle and get a keeper to mount. I'm not opp ... Hi Vic from South JerseyI need to remove the fixed panel on a slider pation door, the label on the glass says Guardian but they say thats only the glass co. MI windows supplied the door on new consrtuction in 2013, the door was made @ 2010. I need to remove the fixed panel but cannot find any acces ... (cont.)

Photos show removed broken latch and one that is working and installed. The screw centers are 3 13/16" for attachment and the locking slot is 3/8". The inset slot in the frame is 4 1/4" x 1/2".

The bar coming out of the operater says "Wright". The rest of the hardware says Del Mar. The longest peice connected to the window frame is 10" Also indicated on harware: CAN PAT. 2012722, U.S. PAT. 4980947 House built 1998

The handle will open the window. But when trying to close the Handel comes out.

When I find the right part I want to order a dozen I also need trims for the bottom of our windows and some of the pivot points

This window has an Entrygard Truth Model R30842. The arm is OK, but the spindle that the handle attaches to is just spinning. Where can I buy a replacement? Thank you!
