I'm looking for replacement rollers but unfortunately these windows are 30 years old and have no markings other than the better built name on the locking mechanism. Can you advise if you have any replacement parts please.

I have looked at your top sash guides and the 18-110 seems to resemble the old sash guide with one significant difference.The screw hole for all of your sash guides seem to be in the section farthest away from the cap. Need to replace two. Seems like there is a plastic tube around the iner spring. The plastic tube measures 24". Do I also need a tension tool to install?

I caanot seem to locate repair parts for this broken balance. I am sure it will have to be substituted because the spring alone has not beenlocated on your web site. I need to replace several balances in my home. Most of the balances are labeled with "U B 26C". However, I found one labeled "09/29/04 Unique Balance 26C". These balances are on a Jeld wen double hung tilt window. I see a 26C stamped on them. Window is brand new and the balances are sticking causing the string to be very loose and then popping into place when the window is raised about 3/4 of the way up.

My upper part window dose not stay closed and slides down
