I have installed,but window didn't appear to have clip to hold it. It seems like it just goes up the hole. Should I add the piece of hardware that goes under the sill or is there a clip that fis in the hole?

I have Alside double hung tilt in windows. The coil balance keeps breaking. Can the coil balance be replaced with the block and tackle type balance?

From what I can tell this is a 39-091? If so please let me know so I can order one. Thanks, Bill

Bought this house with replacement windows installed some time ago. I Bought the broken latch using Part # F2598. As you look at the window on the right side a plastic part is broken. I have hurricane rated sliding doors. The doors are 1.5" thick. the current lock shows RD1968CAN as the part number. Also labeled as entry guard truth Can I get just a replacement clip to hold the pinion shaft in? Or do I need to order the whole assembly?

Can this lock work on sliding door other than Anderson? I have a sliding door from Lowes, don't remember the brand and I'm searching for a secondary lock so I can lock the sliding door while keep it slightly open. Thanks

I have an Alside Centurion window that will not stay up. When I pulled the lower sash out I discovered that there where no pins. I have several operators and handles that need to be replaced. The house was built in 1980. The operators are sill mounted, made by Truth. They are 9.5 inch and have no offset in the arm. There is the number 40056 on the unit. Thanks - Dave

The top sash guide for my window (H-LC30-53-96) has broken on both sides letting the balance springs pop up making it difficult to open the window. I need help finding the correct replacement parts (top sash guide and pop-out clip)

Hi Folks I have a single hung, wood sash of 21 lbs. Height of 28" . From long point of sill to bottom check rail of top sash is 27". Jamb height overall is 54" from long point of sill.
