Need to replace sash balance box and can't find any that match the numbers on the box. Numbers on the box 11600-17,11600A-3. Other numbers on side of box 931 and R38 399. Please let me know if there is one that will match up. Thank you

On a few of my vinyl replacement windows, the block and tackle channels appear identical to the series 860 with one exception: there is only one cord attached to the shoe, not 4 as pictured in your series 860???? Will this work? Thanks, Tom

I am unable to find this Sash Pin or Pivot Bar at any local windo repair shops. The windows were installed in about 1995. I do not know who the manufacturer of the window is. Thank - Charlie

Trying to get replacement for J26 5#27586 11 600-17 this fits a 1'8"x 4'-6" window.

Current balance measures Length: 34", Width: just under 1/2", and Depth 7/16" Balance is ribbed and goes on a single hung tilt window. Windows have no names or markings.
