I did not remove the broken part but I have this information. Andersen double hung window built in 1989. cig 2.2-89 daylight glass size of upper and lower sash is 28 3/8" X 13 7/8".

I need help finding a 2-1/2" pivot bar that matches the one in the photos. I believe it to be 3/8" thick. Sorry but please note that the ruler is in tenths of an inch. There is a number on the bar (8257 2) this is on the right hand bar and I need the left hand one. Thanks for any help you may ... (cont.)

I hope that you can help me find replacement wheel assemblies for my patio sliding doors. The doors are made of wood and quite heavy so the wheels need to be metal. The dimensions of the assemblies are 2.125" x 1.125" x .5" and the wheels are 1" x .25" w. I need 4 assemblies.

I need to replace the lock as when I took it off the plastic item was cracked in half. It was loose and I was going to add wood filler, but it won't help if it's broken. I don't want a keyed lock. June Rubicuski

I purchased 4 window channel balances and although I did get the correct ones, I feel there is not enough tension in the spring since my windows won't stay up. Is there a way to adjust or exchange these for ones with more tension?

I need to match late 60's slider doors. They are for 4'-0" sections....two of them for an 8' opening. We like the hook on the top. Would also would like to consider two wheels if easier performance.

how do i remove the broken piece from the corner of the metal screen, it is white doesn't look like plastic more slided i have two screens that are broken at the corner.
