Please tell me your part number for the channel balance parts to repair an Alenco single sash window. The channel is 28 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. 27C is stamped on the channel. Also BSL is stamped on the channel. The window was originally installed in 1985

My storm door has a sliding glass pane that can be slid down to reveal screen...the upper corner of the frame around the glass pane has a corner key that is broken. I need to find out how to fix it. Thank you

are any Screen Retainer Turn Clips made of metal? my fear is that the plastic with break down after maybe a year or two in the hot summer sun, west windows.

The flat side of the glazing strip is 5/8" wide the piece sticking down is 3/8" long. The gap for the glazing strip to fill in the aluminum frame is 3/8" with the glass in place; the window is in a manufactured home.
