I have 4 Nuair windows where the window channels have failed. I have attached photos. The winows are single hung, the movable sash is apprx. 50" W X 31" T and using a bathroom scale they weigh about 24lbs. I need some serious help! Tried to replace storm door lock and totally jacked it up. Current lock isn't cutting it. Screws have fallen out and lock won't lock. Help! Handle plate is 8-1/8 with 7/8 Door plate is 7-5/8 3/4

Hello, I have a Crestline sliding door and the handle is broken. Best I can tell is the I.D. number inside the panes of glass is L30402Y42B4M. I bought the door back in 2003 if that helps too. Please let me know how to order or where I can get a new handle assembly. Thanks, Tom

Vinyl windows made by Pennco. Part looks fine but metal cam is broken. Has brake on back. Do you have a compatible part to replace entire assembly?

Gents I hope you can help me find this roller. The wheel diameter is 1-11/16" and they were installed new in 96. I have Nu Air windows that need new balancers. The sash guide is aluminum and the top end of the balancer is attached to the sash with a small screw. The only markings on the balancer is 2920. Is this available or is there a substitute.
