I just tried to install my new operators, Swisco's 39-333 and 39-334. However, the short arm isn't working with my current layout, despite being an almost identical match to my original. The below channel pictures are from a window I repaired for someone. This channel has 25 5 LQ printed on it. There are no other stamping. The metal part is 26" and the window is 29" high. we need replacement locks like the 82-002 but our doors are thicker so where the tail piece screws on places it 1/4 of center of center of door, do you have part # for the newer style doors with hurricane glass?

I need of this vinyl snap in type of glazing bead.

HI. Need Help to get replacement parts attached. They are from a tilt window - single hung and each window has two springs on left and right sides of window attached to the shoe. Also the window is a hurricane proof window. Thanks, Phil The Fix It Guy

I need to get glazing bead that will work for this. The windows are weatherguard I believe but that may be wrong. The exposed portion is 3/4" and the bottom is about 5/16ths". I will call in the morning. Thank you.
