Please advise which series to order

The part is plastic, located in upper right corner of window that prevents window from coming off the rail. Part contains a spring in it.

I have ordered balances from you previously. Standard old "KINCO" window, Block and Tackle, 1/2" Markings: 29 5 BX CMC 11 Sash weight is 31.4 pounds. it's nearly identical to the S385 series I ordered earlier. metal length is 29 7/8"

Harvey has the part but ordering it is another story, they suggested I contact you. I've attached a snapshot of the part that I found on their site. Do you have this for sale? Reading other posts it looks discontinued. Any suggestions?

Can this part be ordered in bronze or black? If not do you know where I could buy 60 to replace ones that came in plastic and continue to break.

Hi, could you help me identify which part I need to replace a broken Tilt latch? Attached is a still in-tack tilt latch. The markings on the bottom are "R", "14" and "86". The grid line is 1/4" Thank you for your help

We have a window the this kind of handle with a set screw in it. When I crank to window open (turn to the left) it works fine. However, when I crank it to the right to close the window it unwinds and come all apart in my hand. Thank you.

Looking for a supply of Hurd Corner Inserts. Attached an image of the broken piece. 3/8" x 1/2" wide, about 1-3/4" long to corner.

Not sure if that the correct name for this part. I just ordered and installed pivot shoe 15-046 for my double hung tilt in windows.
