I have a rental property. The tenants broke the shoe in the tilt window, and I think they took the pivot bar with it. What parts do you recommend?

I have lawson SH7500 windows, and the pane has stepped out of the guide/channel - is there a fix for this? Also on another one, the mechanism is broken , as it will not stay up

Hi, My house was built in the early 60's. Attached are 3 different views of the roller assembly. *The metal roller itself had a plastic concave outer piece which has dissintegrated. Can you identify the best replacement part so that I can order some? Thank you Bryan B.

The balance spring assembly is 35 1/8" long from metal edge to metal edge. It comes from a NuAir single hung window unit. The window itself is 50 1/2" wide. Milgard vinyl windows (about 25 years old!) There isn't a part number on these. The latches have a flap. The handle itself is 4 inches. The mounting piece is about 2 3/8 inches with two screws. My door fits a roller like Swisco's 81-265. Do you have a version with steel wheels? Or can I retrofit a steel wheel into it?

The part on the left is a Pivot shoe from a 1999 Alside Ultramax Double hung Measures are: 1/2" x 1 1/4" x 2 1/8" Night Latch part measures: 9/16" front to back, 3/8"w x 2" face, 1/4"wide core.
