I am looking for tie bar guide and cant seem to find it, see attached picture. do you carry that part? The spacing between the screws need to be 1"1/4 and your part 39-417 seems to be a bit smaller. Do you have any other recommendations?

We lost one of the handles can it be replaced it has a 3 towards the spinning part

I either need to fix the locking mechanism on this sliding glass door handle or I need to order new door handle sets with lock. I believe these are "hook" type locks. Any advice/info would help greatly. Thank you in advance, Stephen

tilt sash window (Ideal window) using 9/16" spiral balances 15" long. The old pivot shoe is 2 1/2" long, 1 1/4 wide and 9/16 (or 5/8) deep. It's is very bad shape as it was in a shower window. I don't see any names, numbers or markings.

The old balance is stamped unique 27-F-60 but measures 28 inches, 28 1/2 including the tip. The inside window measurement is 52X62. Please advise the correct part number. Thank you. Jim

I am not sure which pin I need, they are dry rotted and when I take out the few that I have they always break. They are about 4/16 on the end by 1 1/2 inch long. Thanks, John

This is from a C-Alwintite window. One of the sashes is missing both balances, and I cannot tell what the hardware is to be. The frame measures 34" high inside. The sash measures 17.5" high.
