Options on channel balance
I believe I have found in your inventory, a replacement for the channel balance for my Alenco 3710 series window (series 385, 28",with the 15-004 shoe and 19-005 top), however the existing channel is stamped 2790, and the options listed go to 2770. What pivot shoe do I use?
We have 04 Care Free Windows that won't stay up. I want to replace all 8 spring balance rods (S900-29), I have 26-424 Pivot Shoes. We need to know what Pivot Shoe to use. I have attached a PDF with the measurements. Thank you, Ed

Adhesive for Gapco glazing?
I'm getting 200 lengths of snap-in glazing for a commercial job. The 55-192. Do you know the best adhesive to make this work on Gapco aluminum sashes?

Coil window balances
I think may be part a Series 160 because it is .5 inches wide and has the same type of connector tab that connects to the window slide block as my broken one. snap in glaze help
Hi im trying to replace 5 missing snap in glazing strips on a home built in 1964. String snapped on S745-32 window balance
I order 2 window balances from you a while back just got around to install 1/2"by 321/4 I notice the old spring was 171/4" and the new one was 13" installed new ones opened window and snapped string one of the balances

Window sash pivot, Twin Seal single tilt sash window?
Doesn't exactly match what I see on your site, but I could drill to fit what you suggest as closest. Tang sticks out 5/8", is 3/16" x 5/16". Does not slide out, too tight a fit to get out; broke one off trying to. May have to leave old ones inside frame. May be from 2004 Twin Seal window; that's wh ... (cont.)

Sliding door lock problem
We have an issue with a sliding door lock showing 7700A on wall side. The Metal prong that pushes the flexible locking button is loose and makes closing difficult, requiring pushing prong to lock door. Do I need to replace the whole lock or Is there a fix for the loose prong.

Need channel balance with top, shoe, and plug

I have a broken part on a window, but I am not sure of the part ID.
Can you help me with Identifying and ordering a replacement part? I have not been able to ID any part numbers, but I have an included a photo of the broken part. The middle section of the plastic part has broken and the metal part will not longer stay secure in the plastic part.
