Hello - the balance and spring assembly still works. A cheap plastic piece where the window inserts and pivots at the bottom of the spring assembly cracked and needs to be replaced. I want to replace the balances in my windows. The balances are still in the window. The only identifying marks I have is D71 7#27 10 86. Measures 6 3/4" by 3"

I need two channel balances for a Norandex 6 over 6 Single Hung aluminum window.They are stamped BSI 3630, and the metal channel is 37 inches long, and nominally 1/2 " wide by 5/8" deep. I have identified my balances as series 900. The bottom sash has a S900-31 with a red tip. The top sash has an S900-33 with a black tip. You don't offer black as an option. What should I choose?

Hello. I believe I need a Series 350 with 19-002 Top and 15-004 shoe. The length of the metal is 32 inches. It is stamped with "31B". My sash weighs 22 pounds.
