I need to replace the balance on a tilt window. I think it would be the S795-26. On the top of the old balance is a plastic guide for the string, that is the part that is broken. I don't see that on the replacement part. the plastic guide seems to keep the string in place. what now? ... (cont.)

Does the 70-009 plunger pin fit a 3/4"x5/16" screen channel? Do you need a special bit to drill the hole?

does the 40-038 handle spindle come with the spring? the spring is what i need. do you sell just the spring?

Spiral balance measures 8 inches ,white tip and 9/16 diameter. This is for the top window of a tilt window style. I see the shortest one you show in the 600 series is 9 inches. The bottom window has 11 inch, blue tip?! Can I use two 9 inch spiral balance and just cut the trim stop a little ? ... (cont.)

Hey This is the upper sash balance. The bottom sash balance is a spiral sash (same as Series 500). The diameter of the sheath (if you like) is 7/16". The length of balance is 29 1/2". Other dimensions are in the pics. I've looked and cannot find anything like this. Cheers Peter

Hello, I wanted to know what is the replacement for a sash balancer 11600-17 L4 10#31 4 84? Much appreciated.

Sliding door latch handle broke. The handle is 2 3/4" long, A/W stamped on latch. What part will fit? Thanks.

This part is for our Season All windows. It is the part which holds the tilt window into the track when unlocked and sliding up or down. The parts are Left Hand and Right Hand.
