I apologize that I do not have a picture of the product installed. The only stamps that I can identify are 6(or C)K on the coil and the letter P on the inside of the plastic housing.

Hello, both of the S385-27" (2640) balances that I purchased in March of 2012 have broken again. I think its just the string. Can that be replaced? If so is there instruction on how to do this? Is there something more heavy duty S385-27

Hi, Can't find the parts I need for a Certainteed Replacement window. The little vinyl tabs/feet? have broken off (except one) that attach it to the sash. See pictures below. The pulley on a window balance broke (see photos). The balance is 17 inches long and most closely matches the S770-17 part. Is there a better matching replacement part?
