The rollers I have in my windows looks "exactly" like our # 87-036 The only difference is my flange width is 9/16" instead of 1/2".It looks like it will fit it's just the flange is not as wide. This is on a aluminum single hung non tilt window

Looking for black snap in glazing for old aluminum windows. The edge next to the window is about 1/4 inch. We have CertainTeed sliding windows (sliding right to left) that require a new lock. Windows manufactured in 1994. The lock has an outside dimension of 1/2" x 2 1/2" and fits into a slot that is 3/8" x 2 3/8".

The broken balance is stamped 25TG BSI TD It measures 26 inches long and the channel measurements match your "Series 770 Balance" Product Code: S770-26 I do not know the spring strength to order. Can you determine this from the stamp on the broken part?
